Santa in the Hood

I believe this was our 9th year of doing "Santa in the Hood".  Love each year of it.  We try to mix it up for the kids so they are not expecting "the usual".  This year it was decided to go caroling at one of the local nursing homes.  And also take some gifts to the residents.  The kids made little lotion/glove reindeer's (Thanks Mindy for the idea!!)

The kids (And dads too) did really well, they were not shy at all and belted those songs out!  You could see the delight in the residents faces.

No "Santa in the hood" is complete without Santa of course :)
Hunter's face was priceless.  I really don't think he was expecting him.
Passing out the gifts to the residents.

 Our traditional present from Santa--Books

Reanna wanted Santa to bring her Snow for Christmas and Hunter wanted a Motorcycle and Transformers. Santa had a tough job this year :)
 Great bunch of kiddos.

A tradition that us mom's hope will last forever!
